Sanitization
Common areas in the space are disinfected on an hourly basis, with complimentary sanitizing products provided to all
Social Distancing
Teams can now practice safe social distancing from colleagues & members in our modified and floor-marked shared spaces
New Signage
We now have strategically-placed signage located around the space plus capacity protocols related to private offices and meeting rooms

Our solutions
Alongside our workplace social distancing protocols, we have developed new cleaning standards that align with guidance provided by national and global health organizations.
Social Distancing
- Two-way system in place and floor markings to comply with 2m distancing policy
- Members encouraged to work in one area to avoid cross-contamination
- Space re-configured for ultimate comfort
Temperature Screening
- Every member and guest screens their temperature at the entrance
- Logs of members in the space for contact tracing purposes
Bathrooms
- Occupancy sensors (traffic lights) for restroom facilities. Only 1 person at a time
- Members encouraged to use facilities on their floor
Hands-Free
- Hands-free handles for cubicle, entrance and exit doors
- Kitchen facilities full equipped for elbow use
