Welcome to the inaugural meetup for Domain Driven Design Ireland, a group that meets to discuss DDD and how we can apply it day to day to build better software and products.

DDD are launching their meetup with an introductory talk on DDD from Barry O’Sullivan, a DDD practitioner with over 6 years experience. He’s going to answer an important question.

WTF is DDD?

In this talk he’ll explain Domain Driven Design from the ground up, highlighting the benefits to business owners and managers, as well as product and engineering teams. You’ll learn about core DDD concepts and hands on ways to introduce them into your business.
