Google for Startups helps startups thrive across every corner of the world. As a proud member of the Google for Startups network, this initiative provides the members of Dogpatch Labs with Google resources, mentoring and access to accelerator programs like Blackbox Connect.

A major benefit of being part of this incredible network is the Google Passport Program, which allows member startups to work flexibly from over 40 partner locations and Campus spaces around the world.

Amazing Programs to Support Startups

Blackbox Connect

Blackbox Connect is a program that brings motivated founders with great ideas from every corner of the world to Silicon Valley to learn from and connect with successful entrepreneurs, experienced venture capitalists and other resources to accelerate their global expansion. There has been a strong presence of Irish startups at Blackbox in recent years and our very own Liz McCarthy represented Dogpatch as the Partner-in-Residence at the 17th edition the program, which took place from November 7th to 18th.

Adopt a Startup

The mission of Adopt a Startup is to accelerate the growth of high potential Irish Startups. Leveraging the skills and expertise of Google Ireland’s Digital Consultants, they provide skill based mentoring to high-potential Startups, helping them to structure for scale and get the most out of the web.

Each Startup receives 12 weeks hands-on mentoring, access to an exclusive lecture series at Google offices and Google Apps for Work licenses, free for a year.
