Programme Overview
Week 1 : Customer
Discover a deeper level of understanding about your customers and their problem including customer interview techniques, segmenting your market and understanding your unique value proposition (Problem/Solution Fit).
Week 2 : Product/Market
Learn how to design products customers want (Product/Market Fit) including how to validate your MVP with customers, what is the size of your market and what business model is right for you.
Week 3 : Pitch
Refine your proposition and get ready to communicate it to your audience. Produce a world-class pitch deck and three-minute pitch script to present at the Showcase Event.
