Internal startup teams are given exclusive access to industry mentors and experts in the Dogpatch Labs network, helping them bring their idea from a concept to an investable proposition.
How it Works
Dogpatch Lab’s internal incubator programme creates an environment to nurture entrepreneurs inside the corporate, to generate and execute new ideas, delivering value for both customers and its staff.
The Programme
The programme selects internal staff to take part in a 13-week incubator programme here at Dogpatch Labs and is delivered across three core phases, which culminate in a final pitch to the Innovation Council of the corporate.
Part Virtual, Part Physical
Dogpatch Labs has extensive experience in delivering innovation programmes both virtually and in-person. Certain elements of the programme such as entrepreneurial talks and mentor sessions are facilitated virtually and broadcasted live.

Three 'Core Phases'
Our incubator programmes are run over three months and are part virtually, part physically at Dogpatch Labs.
Core Phase 1
Ideation Discovery & Validation:

- Planning & Implementation: Sprint planning for non-core weeks before returning to Dublin.
Core Phase 2
Business Plan, Financials & Tech Development

Core Phase 3
Prep and Pitch to Innovation Council. The objective of the week is to create a 15-slide business plan, accompanied by a 5-minute pitch, with slides & script.
